Pacific Vacancies
To improve the distribution of employment opportunities to Pacific Island specialists, Eco-Consult Pacific established an electronic mail service providing information on forthcoming national, regional and international vacancies in the Pacific. The service has more than 2200 subscribers, and since its inception has dispatched more than 800 vacancy announcements. In a recent poll, Pacific Vacancies was rated ‘excellent’ and ‘good’ by 99% of subscribers. Donors have expressed strong appreciation for the wide publicising of their vacancies.
